As we continue to grow, we're looking for a new team member to join as a Gardener for the Basel region. Whether you already have experience with plants or want to make a career change: with us, you'll learn everything you need directly on the job.

As part of our team of over 30 people, you'll work independently, visiting offices in the Basel region and caring for our plants so they always look as beautiful as they did on day one. Besides your regular care rounds, you'll also help implement new projects. In this varied role, you'll get insight into many different offices and make a significant contribution to the health and wellbeing of employees.

• No horticultural training required — we'll teach you everything you need
• Ideally you live in the canton of Basel-Landschaft or Basel-Stadt
• Driver's license Category B (you'll travel between locations by car)
• Good observation skills
